2. Services Provided
Prestige Collision Group offers automotive collision repair and related services, including estimates, insurance claim support, paint and bodywork, and customer service assistance. All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and insurance guidelines.
3. Appointments and Estimates
Estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change upon further inspection.
Appointment times are not guaranteed repair times.
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate vehicle and insurance information.
4. Payments and Insurance
We accept payments via approved insurance providers, cash, and major credit cards.
Deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses must be paid in full before the release of the vehicle.
Customers are responsible for any charges not covered by their insurance.
5. Vehicle Pickup and Storage
Vehicles must be picked up within a reasonable time after repair completion.
Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond 3 business days after notification of completion unless prior arrangements are made.
6. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our repairs are backed by a limited lifetime warranty valid for as long as you own the vehicle, covering workmanship and paint defects. This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by subsequent accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance
Parts not supplied by us
Rust, corrosion, or normal wear and tear
7. Use of Our Website
By using our website, you agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its data
Transmit harmful code (e.g., viruses, malware)
